Golf World Loved Seeing Anthony Kim’s Miraculous Comeback LIV Golf Win in Adelaide

– by Madison Williams / SI

Per Madison: “After stepping away from golf over a decade ago, Anthony Kim accomplished what seemed to be impossible on Sunday by winning the LIV Golf Adelaide title—his first title of any sort since the 2010 Houston Open on the PGA Tour…”

B&B POV: The significance of Morikawa’s victory at Pebble Beach yesterday didn’t even come close to the euphoric story that Anthony Kim wrote this weekend in Australia. His last professional win was 16 years ago. A span that included him disappearing from golf—and social media?!?—for more than a decade.

His LIV victory was electric. He came from behind while playing in the final group and slayed Rahm and DeChambeau in epic fashion. We watched. We loved it. We were anxious for him. We teared up when he lifted his kid on the 18th green.

In our opinion, his victory yesterday was as good a golf comeback as was Hogan’s return to glory in 1950 after the bus crash and Tiger’s numerous returns. Heck, it may have been golf’s greatest redemption story, ever. It was that good.

AK is back, and golf is better for it.

Collin Morikawa survives late push from Scottie Scheffler to claim AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am for first win in years

– by Ryan Young / yahoo! Sports

Per Ryan: “Scottie Scheffler’s run came just a bit too early on Sunday afternoon at Pebble Beach…”

B&B POV: Yesterday, Colin Morikawa won for the first time in nearly 2.5 years at Pebble Beach, where the Made-for-TV leaderboard included Scottie Scheffler, who posted three eagles and a 9-under 63 on Sunday. Due in part to the conditions and a player in the penultimate group (Jacob Bridgeman) playing his third shot from the beach left of the 18th green, it took Morikawa 40+ minutes to birdie 18 and finish one stroke better than Min Woo Lee and playing partner Sepp Straka, who finished up birdie-birdie-eagle to nip at Morikawa’s heels. This was a fabulous win that could vault Morikawa back into the “Top player in the world not named Scottie” discussion.

Winners, Losers & Payouts from the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am

– by Thomas Hamden / Balls & Bogeys

Per Thomas: If you tuned into the final round of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am expecting calm coastal golf, you picked the wrong Sunday. Pebble Beach delivered wind, rules drama, accidental comedy, and one player casually firing three eagles like he was playing a video game on beginner mode.

And when it all settled, Collin Morikawa walked away with the trophy — and a very healthy $3.6 million winner’s check…

What’s in the Bag (WITB) Anthony Kim 2026 Edition

– by Thomas Hamden / Balls & Bogeys

Per Thomas: “Anthony Kim’s victory at LIV Golf Adelaide was more than a win — it was one of golf’s most emotional full-circle moments. Playing as a gear-free agent, his bag was stuffed with tools that he had invested countless hours to tune. His setup included three manufacturers and three Callaway wood models, a first for us to see from a winner on any tour in recent memory…”

Charley Hull plays last eight holes 6 under to win Saudi International

– by Beth Ann Nichols / Golfweek

Per Beth:“Charley Hull was on the practice putting green when word came down that she’d won the PIF Saudi Ladies International. Her first thought: That $750,000 check will pay off the house renovations…”

B&B POV: Cheeky Charley Hull, a favourite of B&B, Sunday won the PIF Saudi Ladies International and has now vaulted up to #5 in the world rankings. We’d love to see Charley contend in a couple of ladies’ majors this year so more fans of golf can see her play, not just track her on Insta. She’s got a huge personality and the game to back it up. Congrats to Charley, our #1 by a mile.
