Why does Shane Lowry tee it high when he hits low drives that knife through the wind? 🤔

Shane Lowry is a masterful driver of the ball, especially in difficult conditions while under pressuure.

How does he do it? 🤔

  1. He doesn’t tee the ball way down when hitting drives in the wind. He feels like when he does he over compensates for the height of the ball and doesn’t put a good swing it.
  2. He consciously swings less than 100%. Give that a try. We promise you that whether you are pitching the ball or hitting drives off of #1, when you slow down your rhythm, your ball flight will naturally come down, and your misses will be less pronounced.
  3. He’s a world-class player who has hit nearly a million drivers in his lifetime. So he better not suck at it.

Practice hitting your driver at 80% speed and watch your ball flight and missed fairways percentage come down.
