We’re guessing that Sahith was already playing Ping clubs three years ago when he turned pro after finishing up his stellar college career at Pepperdine. Without knowing for sure, that’s what our gut is saying.
His current bag is 100% Ping. And, other than his driving iron, he’s playing with current model or prototype equipment.
Not known for hitting fairways, he doesn’t even carry a 3-wood. “F’ it! Hand me the driver and let’s go find it.” — is his approach to golf. Much like the rest of us. A man of the people!
He’s a maestro of recovery shots and has amazing hands. His set-up gives him the flexibility to hit every shot that he’d ever need to pull off under pressure.
If Ping is your thing, Sahith’s gear is a good set-up to invest in.
