Congrats to Wyndham and his gear set up for winning the Wells Fargo Championship.
Here’s what we saw when we dug thru his bag:
– He teed it up with an older model Titleist driver, which we’ve seen a few times already this season, TSi3 9 degrees
– No 3 or 5-wood in his bag, instead opting to carry a Stealth 2 4-wood and a souped up 3-iron, that on average traveled 275 yards for the week. With a hybrid shaft and bent strong a couple of degrees, the “utility” driving iron helped Wyndham find fairways, and a shit ton of money he wasn’t expecting in his bank account.
– Vokey wedges, but of course.
-Pro V1x pearlies
Another great victory for Team Titleist, with a tip of the cap to TaylorMade (4-wood) and Callaway/Odyssey (putter).
